Delete account
Permanently delete your Lovision account and associated data.
Before you delete
Account deletion is permanent. Before proceeding:
- Download any exported assets you want to keep — projects belonging to your account are deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Warn collaborators before deleting shared projects you own — projects you own are deleted with your account, even when they are shared with other people.
- Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges — check the Plans & Credits page.
Deleting your account
- Open Settings.
- Go to Account.
- Scroll to the Danger zone or Delete account section.
- Click Delete account.
- Enter your current password to confirm your identity.
- Read and confirm the deletion warning.
- Click Confirm delete.
Lovision signs you out and your account is scheduled for deletion. Depending on data retention policies, deletion may take a short period to complete.
What is deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Projects you own, including projects shared with collaborators
- Uploaded media and generated content in your storage quota
What is not deleted immediately
- Projects owned by other people remain available according to their sharing and permission settings.
Tips
- If you are deleting your account because of a billing or feature concern, consider contacting support first — there may be an alternative solution.
- Once confirmed, deletion cannot be undone. There is no recovery option.
