Accept or decline invitations
Respond to a Lovision project invitation and join a shared project.
Receiving an invitation
When someone invites you to a Lovision project, the pending invitation appears in Lovision for the invited account. The current product does not send invitation emails with accept or decline links.
Accepting an invitation
- Sign in with the Lovision account that was invited.
- Open the in-app invitation notification or shared-project entry.
- Click Accept.
- After accepting, the project appears in your workspace.
The access you receive depends on the permission level the inviter selected (View, Edit, or Manage). See Permissions: View, Edit, and Manage for details on what each level allows.
Declining an invitation
- Open the in-app invitation notification or shared-project entry.
- Click Decline if you do not want access to the project.
Declining removes the pending invitation. The project owner is not automatically notified that you declined.
If you declined by mistake
Contact the project owner and ask them to send a new invitation.
If you do not see the invitation
- Make sure you are signed in to the invited Lovision account.
- Ask the inviter to confirm they used the correct account email.
- Ask the inviter to send the invitation again from the Share dialog.
Tips
- You need an existing Lovision account to receive an invitation.
- If a project owner sends a new invite, use the latest in-app invitation state.
