Share projects

Opening the Share dialog

To share a project:

1. Open the project in the editor.
2. Click the Share button in the header (top-right area).

The Share dialog shows the current access list, pending invites, and link access control in the dialog header.

Inviting people

1. In the invite field at the top of the Share dialog, type the email address of the person you want to invite.
2. Choose a permission level:
   • View — the person can open and inspect the project but cannot edit anything.
   • Edit — the person can make changes to the canvas and settings.
   • Manage — the person can invite others, change permissions, and remove access.
3. Click Invite (or press Enter) to send the invitation.

Their entry appears in the access list as pending until they accept in Lovision. The current product does not send invitation emails.

Link access

Link access lets anyone with the link open the project without an individual invite. To enable it:

1. In the Share dialog header, open the access dropdown.
2. Change access from Invited only to Anyone with the link can view or Anyone with the link can edit.
3. Click the copy-link button that appears in the header to copy the project URL.

Changing access back to Invited only disables public link access.

Managing access

The access list in the Share dialog shows all current members. For each member you can:

• Change their permission using the dropdown next to their name.
• Remove their access using the remove option.

Only members with Manage permission can change or remove other members.

Tips

• Use View permission for stakeholders who only need to review the design.
• Use Edit permission for team members who need to contribute to the canvas.
• Reserve Manage permission for project leads who need to control access.
• Sending a new invite updates the pending invitation state for that person.
