Create slides
Understand the current availability of slide generation.
What Create Slides does
Create Slides is not currently available as a selectable generation mode in the editor. The menu entry may appear in product planning or disabled tool lists, but it cannot be selected to generate a deck yet.
Current workflow
To create slides today, build each slide as a frame on the canvas, duplicate frames for repeated layouts, and import any supporting visuals as image or SVG assets.

Attaching source material
Prompt attachments do not currently generate slide decks from source documents. Use documents as external source material while you build the frames manually.
After generation
When slides are built as frames on the canvas:
- Edit text layers directly.
- Swap placeholder images with real assets.
- Reorder frames by dragging them in the layers panel.
- Duplicate a frame to add more slides with the same layout.
Tips
- Use consistent frame sizes so exported slides align.
- Review all numbers and claims before presenting.
- Use reusable components for repeated slide elements.
