Credits and concurrency limits

Understand how AI credits are consumed and how the concurrency limit affects simultaneous AI tasks.

What are credits?

Credits are the currency for AI-powered generation in Lovision. Each task — image, video, vector, chart, slide deck, or website generation — consumes a number of credits based on:

  • The model selected
  • The output quality / resolution setting
  • The number of outputs generated at once

Your remaining credit balance is shown at the top of Settings → Plans & Credits. A credit cost estimate may also appear in the generation dialog before you confirm.

What is the concurrency limit?

The concurrency limit is the maximum number of AI generation tasks that can run simultaneously under your account. If you hit the limit, Lovision asks you to wait for a running task to finish before starting another generation.

Concurrency limits are per account, not per project. Running tasks in multiple browser tabs or sessions all count against the same limit.

Checking your credits and usage

  1. Open Settings and go to Plans & Credits.
  2. Your credit balance is shown at the top of the page.
  3. The Usage history section lists recent AI tasks with their credit cost.

Managing credits efficiently

  • Generate at draft quality first when testing a concept. Use high quality only for the final output.
  • Request fewer variations per generation when you only need one result.
  • Wait for an active task to complete before starting the next when you are near the concurrency limit.
  • Upgrade your plan to get more credits or a higher concurrency limit.
