Reset password

Request a password reset link and set a new password for your Lovision account.

When to reset your password

  • You forgot your current password and cannot sign in.
  • You suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.
  • You want to change to a stronger password as a security measure.

Requesting a reset email

  1. Go to the Lovision sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot password? below the password field.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Click Send reset email.
  5. Check your inbox for an email from Lovision with a reset link.

Setting a new password

  1. Click the link in the reset email. It opens a password reset page.
  2. Enter a new password.
  3. Click Save or Update password.
  4. Sign in with your new password.

Troubleshooting

  • Did not receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder. Wait a few minutes — delivery can take a moment.
  • Reset link expired? Links are valid for a limited time. Return to the sign-in page and request a new link.
  • Wrong email? The reset only works for the exact email address on your account. If you are unsure which email you used, try other addresses you have.

Tips

  • After resetting, sign out all other active sessions from Settings → Security if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Use a strong, unique password — at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
