Reset password
Request a password reset link and set a new password for your Lovision account.
When to reset your password
- You forgot your current password and cannot sign in.
- You suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.
- You want to change to a stronger password as a security measure.
Requesting a reset email
- Go to the Lovision sign-in page.
- Click Forgot password? below the password field.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send reset email.
- Check your inbox for an email from Lovision with a reset link.
Setting a new password
- Click the link in the reset email. It opens a password reset page.
- Enter a new password.
- Click Save or Update password.
- Sign in with your new password.
Troubleshooting
- Did not receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder. Wait a few minutes — delivery can take a moment.
- Reset link expired? Links are valid for a limited time. Return to the sign-in page and request a new link.
- Wrong email? The reset only works for the exact email address on your account. If you are unsure which email you used, try other addresses you have.
Tips
- After resetting, sign out all other active sessions from Settings → Security if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Use a strong, unique password — at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
