Manage browser permissions for notifications, clipboard access, and other Lovision features.
Browser permissions in Lovision
Lovision requests optional browser permissions to enable certain features. These permissions are browser-level — you can grant or revoke them at any time without affecting your account.
Available permissions
| Permission | What it enables |
|---|---|
| Notifications | Browser push notifications for AI generation completion, collaboration updates, and other alerts |
| Clipboard | Richer clipboard access for pasting images and files from other apps |
| Microphone | Voice-related input features (when available) |
Viewing and managing permissions
From Lovision settings
- Open Settings.
- Go to Preferences.
- Find the Permissions section.
- Click Allow next to a permission to request it from the browser.
If a permission was previously denied in the browser, the Allow button may not work — you'll need to update it from the browser settings directly.
From browser settings
If a permission is blocked:
Chrome / Edge:
- Click the lock icon in the address bar.
- Find the permission and change it to Allow.
Firefox:
- Click the lock icon in the address bar.
- Go to Site permissions and update the relevant permission.
Safari:
- Go to Safari → Settings for This Website.
- Find and update the permission.
Tips
- Notifications are useful for long AI generation tasks — allow them so you can navigate away and get notified when generation completes.
- Clipboard permission improves the paste workflow for images copied from other applications. Without it, you may need to use drag and drop instead.
- Denying permissions does not affect core Lovision functionality — you can design, collaborate, and export without any permissions granted.
