Sign in and sign out

Sign in to Lovision with email or Google, and sign out when finished.

Signing in

Lovision supports two sign-in methods:

Email and password

  1. Go to the Lovision login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address and password.
  3. Click Sign in.

If you have not created a password yet (e.g., you previously signed in with Google), use Forgot password to set one.

Google

  1. Click Continue with Google.
  2. Choose your Google account in the popup.
  3. Grant access when prompted.

Google sign-in does not require a separate Lovision password. If you signed up with Google, always use Google to sign in.

Signing out

Web app

  1. In the editor, open the main menu in the top-left corner. In the dashboard, open the account menu in the sidebar footer.
  2. Choose Sign out.
  3. You are returned to the login page.

Desktop app

  1. Open the main menu or account menu.
  2. Choose Sign out.

Signing out of the desktop app clears the local session token. Other active sessions in the web app or other devices are not affected.

Staying signed in

By default, your session persists across browser sessions. If you are on a shared device, sign out after each use to prevent others from accessing your account.

Troubleshooting

  • Wrong password — use Forgot password to reset it. See Reset password.
  • Google sign-in loop — clear browser cookies for the Lovision domain and try again.
  • Session expired — you will be prompted to sign in again. This is normal after an extended period of inactivity.
  • Wrong account — sign out and sign in with the correct account. If you have multiple Google accounts, verify which account you are selecting in the Google popup.
